The Committee is made up of representatives from local/state/federal agencies, business/industry, and environmental organizations. Tom Mumley, Assistant Executive Officer of the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board, chairs the Committee. The Vice Chair is Amanda Bohl, Special Assistant for Planning and Science for the Delta Stewardship Council .
