* Lunch is included with all two-day and single-day registrations.
Volunteers:
Volunteers receive complimentary registration for each day that they contribute their time. To learn more about the volunteer program, see the volunteer page.
Scholarship Program:
A conference fee waiver scholarship fund was established to ease financial barriers of participation for members of small community-based organizations, Tribes and Tribal organizations, students and early career professionals, and people from under-resourced and/or otherwise marginalized communities. Deadlines:
- Early Bird registration deadline is September 24, 2025
- Online registration deadline is October 20, 2025
Refunds:
Refunds for cancellation must be requested by October 20, 2025.
Individual and Group Registration by credit card:
Important: Before registering as an individual online, please be sure that your organization will not be registering you as part of a group registration. This will help reduce duplicate orders.
