Volunteer

The conference organizers need volunteers on Tuesday, May 28th and Wednesday, May 29th to help with registration and other conference logistics.

Each volunteer will be scheduled to a 5-hour shift that will run from 7:30 am – 12:30 pm or 12 pm – 5 pm. The majority of volunteers will be assigned to a morning shift.

Benefits of volunteering include:

• Volunteers receive free registration for the day(s) that they work the conference
• Volunteers on Tuesday May 28th can attend the evening reception at no cost
• Depending on their assigned role, volunteers may be able to view a few presentations during their shift

• Registration
• Arena set up
• Concurrent session computer operator
• Wayfinding and general assistance
