A video wrap-up of the San Francisco Estuary Partnership’s 2025 State of the Estuary Conference is now available to watch.

The dynamic event focused on the intersections of science, policy, and lived experience, showcasing the latest information about the region’s work to sustain and improve the San Francisco Estuary,

More than 700 people gathered at the Oakland Scottish Rite Center last October to connect on their shared goals to preserve habitats, support thriving species, manage resources effectively, and promote community health and engagement during the State of the San Francisco Estuary Conference.

On the tail of a the 17th Biennial Conference, which featured more than 100 presentations, a resource page is now available where former attendees and those unable to make the conference can review the programming and presentations from last year’s conference: https://www.sfestuary.org/soe-archive.

The San Francisco Estuary Partnership is a regional governmental organization with a federal mandate to protect and restore the nationally significant San Francisco Estuary. It is part of the National Estuary Program, a non-regulatory initiative of the U.S. EPA established under the Clean Water Act.

The planning area encompasses the San Francisco Estuary and its watersheds, from the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta to the San Francisco Bay. The Estuary Partnership is situated within the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC).
