Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2025 State of the San Francisco Estuary Conference from October 28 – 29.  Work assignments will occur Tuesday and Wednesday between 7:30 am and 5 pm.  Volunteers will be able to sit in on at least half of the oral presentations each day they work, and volunteers on Tuesday will be able to attend the evening reception at no cost (5 pm – 7 pm on Tuesday, October 28). 

Shifts are 7:30 am – 12:30 pm or 12 pm – 5 pm.  You may be able to view a few presentations during your shift.  The majority of volunteers will be assigned a morning shift. 

Benefits of volunteering include:

• Volunteers received free registration for the day(s) that they work the conference
• Volunteers on Tuesday May 28th could attend the evening reception at no cost
• Depending on their assigned role, volunteers could view a few presentations during their shift
