Final Report (for both Micro-grants and Small grants)
Grant recipients must submit a final performance report evaluating the project to the San Francisco Estuary Partnership no later than 30 days after project completion. The final report shall be no more than 5 pages in length and must include:
- A detailed description of work completed (one page maximum)
- How the final project met the goals outlined in the application (one page maximum)
- Community benefits achieved by the project (one page maximum)
- Invoices matching the approved budget
- List of organizations or individuals who participated in the project
- Photographs of the completed project (before/after work) if applicable
In addition, a separate invoice with letterhead is needed, using this template.
