Student Program

Welcome to the Student Program: start planning now to submit your poster and provide input.

Owing to our success at the 2007 conference, we will again have a Student Program at this year's conference. We have formed a Student Program Committee that will be fleshing out the program in the coming months. More details will be provided on the website as they become available. Here are critical items that you need to consider in the near-term:

  1. Student Posters will be judged Tuesday evening. Awards will be given out Wednesday at 2:35 PM.
  2. Student Lunch, Wednesday 9/30: All students attending the conference as well as those wishing to meet with the students are invited to the student luncheon on Wednesday to be held in the Calvin Simmons Room (2nd Floor). Pick you lunch up in the poster hall before going to the Calvin Simmons Room. The Student Committee members will be present to discuss the student program, answer questions, and solicit student input about the conference and program.
  3. If you have questions, need general advice about developing a poster, have recommendations and/or wish to be placed on the student alert email list, send an email titled "SOE Student Program" to the Chair of the Committee: Phil Lebednik at phillip.lebednik@lfr.com
