The Estuary Partnership provides the San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Water Board with staff to review environmental documents and develop draft permits and state water quality certifications for various water-related projects conducted by the Santa Clara Valley Water District. These projects include activities covered under the Water District's Stream Maintenance Plan, creek and wetland restoration projects, flood control projects, pipeline maintenance projects, and maintenance activities related to water utility/supply systems.
